FAQ:

What should I wear?
Loose fitting comfortable clothing is best. Long pants and socks are appreciated. Currently guest robes are not available but eventually will be.

Does it cost money?
Nope! It is free, although donations are accepted. Currently we do not have any cusions for sitting, so we are using the benches. Donations will go toward funding cushions and toward the small payment to use the space.

What if I am of a different religion or non religious?
Although Buddism can have religous elements, it is not the full picture. Buddism is the vessel in which Zen meditation is held in. Zen at its core is simply being present with the moment without discrimination. Whatever beliefs you bring with you will become the vessel in which Zen mediation can help us wake up.

What if I don't want to chant?
There is no pressure to join chanting. If you wish to skip it, please come join us for silent meditation.
